Notice is given by Ethiopost that proposals will be received for Human Resource Strategy Development Consultancy Service.
Eligible Consultants who fulfill the following criteria can submit their proposals in a sealed envelope to: Ethiopost Headquarter Procurement and Property Administration Department.
The request for proposal has been addressed to eligible consultants with the following mandatory requirements:
- Consultants are required to present a trade license valid for 2014 EC, VAT registration Certificate and a valid tax clearance certificate issued by concerned government authority.
- The request for proposal document can be obtained from the company as of invitation on July 01/2022 against non-refundable payment of birr 300 (three hundred birr).
- Proposals must be accompanied by birr 40,000 (forty thousand birr) bid bond in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee.
- The Proposal document must be submitted before or on July 20/2022
- The Proposal documents will be opened on same date (20/07/2022 2:30 Pm in the presence of consultants or their representatives.
- Ethiopost will inform the bidders their presentation schedule after opening of the technical proposals.
- Ethiopost reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without giving any reason thereof.
